Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality data systems, developing and implementing data-driven solutions, and driving business growth through data insights.


The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


About the Role
  • Develop and maintain data systems and processes to support business operations
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or related role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Quick BI, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
