Our team is looking for an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Bar Operations Manager.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that all aspects of service are met to a high standard, and providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in controlling and planning the activities of bar operations.
- To supervise the team of mixologists and their performance.
- To ensure that all standards and procedures for the operations are followed.
- To maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A hospitality diploma or degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory position in fine dining/luxury/nightlife.
- Food, Cocktail, Wine & Bar knowledge.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- The ability to speak and write in a 2nd language is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Micros and Seven Rooms.
