Job Title: Clinic Operations Director
Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our General Practice (GP) clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a managerial role in a healthcare or clinic setting, with strong familiarity with clinic operations, healthcare administrative procedures, and claims management.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of clinic staff, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and optimizing patient flow. They will also be expected to manage appointment bookings, inquiries, patient records, conduct inventory checks, and manage stock levels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of clinic staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of government and insurance claims.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and clinic operations.
- Prior experience in a managerial role in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage for effective patient communication.
