Clinic Operations Director
Job Description:The Clinic Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic to ensure smooth functioning and efficient patient flow.
- Direct a team of clinic assistants, manage leave schedules, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and collection processes.
- Address patient feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate inventory management and medical supply ordering.
- Support doctors in clinic operations and assist with implementing new systems or procedures.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can take charge of our clinic's operations and lead our team to success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful as a Clinic Operations Director, you will need:
- Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements and clinic operations.
