Job Title: Clinic Operations Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our clinic operations. As a Clinic Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our clinics, managing appointment scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient experience and efficient use of resources
- Manage appointment scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation to maximize productivity
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures related to clinic services
- Assist staff in dealing with different situations, promoting effective communication and teamwork
- Collaborate with front-counter staff to continually improve patient experience and communications
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
