Clinical Services Director

Clinical Leadership
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to vulnerable children and youth. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate assessment of individual needs of children, youth, and families.
- Development and implementation of intervention plans within established guidelines.
- Maintenance of positive supportive relationships with children and youth, providing direct intervention as needed.
Managerial Responsibilities
The Clinical Services Director will also supervise interns, clinicians, counsellors, and youth workers, providing in-house training to enhance their clinical skills. Additional responsibilities include:
- Collation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and bi-yearly reports.
- Evaluation and assessment of current clinical services and programmes.
- Representation of the organization at external functions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Guidance, or a related field.
- Registration with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
