Job Description

RMA Engineering Technician is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for managing RMA lab activities. The ideal candidate will be able to support day-to-day RMA evaluation/testing activities and ensure a good RMA evaluation environment. Key responsibilities include managing RMA debugging setup according to priority, resolving setup issues, and providing technical expertise to other teams.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' working experience on different ATE testers and peripherals, including Advantest/Teradyne testers, system level, and engineering bench instruments. Familiarity with various system level testing setups, semiconductor assembly, SMT, and packaging associated issues is required.

This role offers opportunities to greatly influence quality across the organization through interactions with external and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to drive issue resolution.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills; clear organization and articulation of information; seeks win/win resolutions.
  • Automotive Systems Knowledge: Understanding key components and interactions of automotive subsystems; knowhow about the automotive application.
  • Electronic Test Equipment: Proficient with various electronic instruments: Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, VNA, Oscilloscope etc.
