Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and test RMA devices according to Engineer's instructions.
  • Provide remote support through various channels, including phone, email, and online systems.
  • Perform tasks related to test hardware order, purchase, debugging, and repair.
  • Contribute to the assembly of new instruments on benches.
  • Coordinate equipment relocation and perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of Test Floor equipment.
  • Optimize RMA bench utilization for testing and track HW inventory and Instrument calibration and maintenance.
  • Maintain RMA benches and equipment/instrument in the RMA lab.
  • Compile engineering and operational reports, RMA testing results.
