**Job Overview:**

NTUC Club is seeking a skilled MICE Industry Specialist to join our team. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for Quebec, focusing on MICE services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, association, and private sector customers;
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions;
  • Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities;
  • Partner with senior management to develop targeted sponsorship plans;
  • Conduct market analysis to assess customer needs and competitor offerings;
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients;
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts;
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-up to secure bookings;
  • Develop and present tailored event proposals;
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads;
  • Work with the marketing team to design sales campaigns;
  • Report regularly on sales performance to senior management;
  • Manage sales budgets, including forecasting and tracking performance.
