Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing optimized test coverage strategies for current and future HBM design architectures and process nodes.

2. Driving the development, validation, characterization, and qualification of Micron's next-generation HBM products.

">

3. Providing technical support for design verification and circuit analysis of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.

">

4. Improving manufacturing test yields, reducing test time, and resolving yield-related issues to achieve cost reduction and meet yield targets.

">

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business and engineering challenges.

Requirements:

This role requires:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

2. Strong leadership and technical skills, particularly in problem-solving and root cause analysis.

3. Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools, as well as scripting languages.

4. A dedicated and motivated approach to adapting to different roles in a dynamic working environment.

5. A proven track record of collaborative work within and across teams.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
