Early Childhood Educator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our preschool, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and personalities of young children.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
  • Supervise and mentor junior educators to ensure high-quality education and care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and policies.

Requirements:
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in childcare or preschool settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Montessori-based curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
