Early Childhood Educator Role

We seek a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to nurture young minds and inspire growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement age-appropriate curricula based on lesson plans provided, promoting learning through play and exploration.
  • Maintain daily routines in accordance with established time schedules, fostering a sense of structure and predictability for our children.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently for reference and record purposes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of children at all times, upholding the highest standards of care and attention.
  • Prepare and organize engaging teaching activities according to lesson plans, creating an optimal environment for children to learn and thrive.
  • Promote close communication with parents regarding their child's development, empowering them to support their child's journey.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's learning progress, informing future educational strategies and interventions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • CPT or DPT qualification or equivalent for Child Care Educators.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language for conducting lessons and teaching children using this medium.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
