Leading Educator for Young Minds

The primary objective of this position is to serve as a strategic leader for a preschool, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest quality education for children.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Establish overall goals for the educational institution, drive curriculum objectives, and lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education and care for young minds.
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the preschool's management, including licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Build rapport with parents, address concerns, and foster trusted relationships through open and timely communication.
  • Teacher Support: Mentor and support teachers in all areas, facilitating collaborative approaches for learning, teaching, and evaluation.
  • Center Operations: Ensure daily operations are in order, handle center administrative matters, and oversee enrollment processes.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by ECDA.
  • Principal certification (ADECL / DECCE-L / DPL).
