Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives in the dynamic TV Distribution Division for APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Communicate with senior level executives and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Travel coordination and booking.
  • Event organization and hosting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting senior level executives.
  • University degree ideal, with additional qualifications in secretarial support a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Timeliness, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter, highly reliable, and pro-active.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
