**Job Title:** Senior Hardware Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:**\
  • \
  • Design and develop hardware systems for industrial controller products.\
  • Work across the full development cycle - from schematic design and PCB layout to testing, validation, and release.\
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing designs for performance, cost optimization, and feature upgrades.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, QA, and external vendors.\
  • Support compliance testing and ensure EMC/EMI standards are met.\
  • Engage with suppliers on technical requirements, testing protocols, and resolution of design issues\

    • **Required Skills and Qualifications:**\
      • \
      • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or a closely related discipline).\
      • At least 7+ years of experience in hardware development, ideally in the industrial, robotics, or embedded systems space.\
      • Analog circuit design (DACs, ADCs, power supply circuits, digital I/O, etc.).\
      • Schematic and PCB design tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics or similar).\
      • EMC/EMI design techniques for noise reduction.\
      • Circuit simulation, testing, debugging, and documentation.\
      • Able to work independently and proactively solve complex hardware issues.\
