Job Summary

This position is focused on improving tool performance and availability, specifically within the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance, diagnosing failures, and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
  • Operate PVD tools for metal layer deposition, collaborating with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
  • Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for PVD process.
Requirements
  • Diploma's or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in a 12'' fab environment is highly preferred.
