Job Title: Chief Architectural Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Associate to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction documents and drawings.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with consultants on matters of design, technical coordination, and site issues.
  • Work closely with the project team in coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction documents and drawings.
  • Contract administration including tendering and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with prevailing regulations and codes governing architectural practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognized Architectural degree.
  • Qualified Person registered with the relevant board and Green Mark certification for Architects.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
