Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HVAC Business Development Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing the performance of our Air-Condition department.

  • You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical expertise, sales materials, and designs to support sales efforts.
  • In this capacity, you will analyze market trends and develop strategies to address specific customer needs.
  • You will also focus on operational excellence and key performance indicator management.
  • Additionally, you will organize conferences for knowledge sharing within the company and externally.
  • You will assist in sales training to enhance the understanding of product features and benefits among our sales team.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with consultants and contractors to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor products.

Essential Requirements:

For this challenging position, we require a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; a degree in air conditioning or refrigeration is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/presales roles within a technical/mechanical building engineering environment (network) with preferably HVAC knowledge is required.
  • You must have a strong understanding of air conditioning systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multicultural teams are essential.
  • This role requires an ambitious, creative, and confident individual with a clear vision of the building/installation/HVAC market.
