  • Managing daily freight forwarding activities, including cargo handling, customs clearance, and transportation coordination.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental KPIs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing daily freight forwarding activities and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, logistics processes, and trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in freight management software and tools (TradeWeb & CCN HUB).
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
