We are seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for the arts, entertainment, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or cultural industries. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing and sales campaigns that drive audience engagement, ticket sales, and brand visibility.

">Key Responsibilities">

The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. They will also collaborate on content creation, monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to develop promotional materials.

">Sales & Business Development">

The candidate will support the sales strategy by identifying new markets and audience segments, develop partnerships with sponsors, cultural organizations, and community influencers, and track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

">Event & Project Coordination">

The successful candidate will assist in planning and promoting live events, exhibitions, shows, or film releases, liaise with venues, performers, artists, and production teams to ensure consistent branding and promotional messaging, and coordinate promotional activities including press previews, influencer invitations, and street marketing.

">Qualifications">

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and sales, a strong understanding of the theatre industry, excellent communication, strategic planning, and presentation skills, ability to think strategically and creatively to drive growth and exceed targets, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other creative design tools.
