We are seeking talented individuals to fill the role of performer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional performances that captivate audiences. Your enthusiasm, energy, and charisma will make all the difference in bringing the house down.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Physical Appearance: Ensure your physical appearance is always suitable for performances.
  • Performing Arts Skills: Develop and hone your singing and dancing skills through rigorous practice and rehearsals.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with Chinese-speaking customers by engaging with them effectively.
  • Daily Stage Performance: Participate in daily stage shows, which may include singing, dancing, and other forms of performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Leadership and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, talent, and singing skills.
  • Experience in Live Performances: Showcase your experience in live performances and adaptability in different situations.
  • Night Entertainment Experience: Draw from your experience working in night entertainment clubs to excel in this role.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Negotiation: Adept at negotiating and mediating conflicts.
  • Entertainment Industry: Well-versed in the entertainment industry.
  • Vocal Performance: Possesses impressive vocal skills.
  • Independent Work: Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Performance Management: Experienced in managing performances and events.
  • Singing: A skilled singer with a wide range of vocal styles.
