**Essential Job Functions**:

- Obtain sponsorships and coordinate sponsorship benefits with promoters, venue managers, facilitators, Brand and other partners in Southeast Asia and China. Assist in identifying potential business opportunities throughout the region to determine optimal opportunities for Feld touring shows.
- Build and maintain a close relationship with the local ticketing, media, creative and sponsorship agencies in SE Asia and China in order to obtain/maintain information on local practices, sales channels and norms in the industry. Develop relationships with local firms that can become key allies in helping Feld operate according to local laws while maximize business opportunities. Experience working with Damai ticketing in China is a plus.
- Manage the brand WeChat handle in China, develop plans to grow the number of followers, and facilitate WeChat annual inspections.
- Establish a marketing plan for each assigned engagement and facilitate and monitor the execution. This includes all engagements in China and select engagements throughout Southeast Asia.
- Coordinate and monitor the press events, character appearances and promotions for your assigned engagements.
- Hold Marketing Meeting with promoter/partners in SE Asia and China. Include a discussion on brand integrity, PR standards, on-site standards, Sponsorship standards, Brand and Feld Approval Process.
- Work closely with Feld Consumer Products, local promoters, Brand and venues to limit restrictions on Feld sales while maximizing benefits for sponsor/partners for each assigned engagement.
- Obtain approvals for all promotional activities, the identity of each sponsor/partner affiliated with the show, and all art-work related to marketing, promotion and sponsorship for each engagement. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Feld Entertainment Show Operations teams and with promoter/partners in China to review double check and facilitate operations needs for the touring units in China (i.e. schedules, visas, work permits, hotel bookings and transportation).
- Report on a weekly basis the progress of each market. Also, at the conclusion of each engagement, provide an Instant City Recap and develop a comprehensive Post Engagement Report for future improvements.
- Attend conferences and events to speak for Feld Entertainment.
- Accept all other relevant job duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- College degree preferred.
- 5 years professional experience since graduation. Prior experience in Entertainment Marketing in China a plus.
- Bilingual, Mandarin & English: Listening (General Professional Proficiency) Speaking (General Professional Proficiency); Writing (General Professional Proficiency) using ILR Scale or TOFEL score of 86+
- Exceptional organizational and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated ability to multi-task and to be flexible as priorities change.
- Ability and willingness to travel within China and internationally.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe software.
