Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Technical Liaison Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role is crucial for the smooth execution of projects, requiring close collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on specifications, drawings, and costing.
  • Manage sourcing and supplier selection, including initial surveys, qualification, and risk assessments of new vendors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and centralized storage of technical and supplier information.
  • Support tender compliance by collaborating with vendors and leveraging internal databases.
  • Participate in sales kick-off meetings, ensuring procurement aligns with customer requirements.
  • Issue purchase orders, review supplier invoices, and coordinate logistical processes.
