Job Description\

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing onsite support to troubleshoot and remediate various technology issues. This includes Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity, Printer Driver Issues, System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System, Door Access System, Booking System, Skype & Microsoft Exchange, and Printing Facility.

You will also provide technical assistance and support for users, conduct routine maintenance, perform minor network changes and setup, train users on company policies and end-user computing policies, review user access to ensure dormant or obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive, and work closely with various teams of engineers for troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
