Job Title

Requirements

Education

Experience

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience working with IT services.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of one or more of the following disciplines: Open Systems, Mainframe, Storage, Network, Web/Application/Middleware services, Service Management functions, or Application Development.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
