You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception counter and handle walk-in customers and phone calls
- Distribute documents, packages, and emails to students and staff
- Collect and distribute important documents from/to students
- Arrange transportation for staff and process invoices
- Assist students at the sick bay and administer basic first aid
- Update students' contact information in the system
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Adequate education with a credit in English or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office skills and IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Certification in first aid
