Job Title: Training and Operations SpecialistAt our organization, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Training and Operations Specialist. This position plays a vital part in ensuring timely fulfillment of front-end technical training course administration functions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond and follow-up on technical training enquiries;
  • Effectively manage front-end course administration functions in a timely manner;
  • Manage online registration gateway;
  • Monitor ad-hoc and urgent training requests;
  • Generate relevant reports on regular basis to support training performance management;
  • Periodically update marketing materials; and
  • Support Technical Support Training Unit on course delivery matters.
Industry Outreach and Marketing:
  • Assist in designing, developing, and coordinating production of brochures, flyers, catalogs, and web-based marketing materials; and
  • Participate in ASPRI seminars, events, and industry programs.
Suppliers Management:
  • Negotiate and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Training and Adult Education or related field;
  • No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided;
  • Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadlines and pressure;
  • Strong adaptability skills, able to work independently and in a team;
  • Excellent communication skills with good customer service aptitude;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications;
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including shift duties on a rotational basis.
