Job Description:
The Trainee Manager will oversee the daily operations of our training centre, ensuring that all trainees receive a high-quality learning experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Training Officers and working closely with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs in line with organisational goals and objectives
- Manage a team of Training Officers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized training plans
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of trainee progress
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Special Education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
