Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Training Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in training and development, with a focus on working with individuals with disabilities.

  • Develop and implement learning curricula and content tailored to the F&B setting, aligned with current industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct assessments and training plans and provide tailored recommendations on workplace and process modifications to support persons with disabilities in adapting to their job roles and performing tasks effectively.
  • Support clients in developing essential social and life skills to enhance their independence and community participation.
  • Provide training and guidance to employers, supervisors, and co-workers of persons with disabilities to foster natural support systems within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training programs for individuals with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with programmes team to assess, design, develop, and maintain training programs.
  • Conduct regular communication with caregivers and clients to gain a clear understanding of their goals, interests, aspirations, and progress of their child.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders by providing timely and accurate updates on work progress and performance of persons with disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant field of study.
  • ACTA or ACLP certified.
  • 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries.
  • Experienced in working with individuals with Autism and managing challenging behaviors in both educational and vocational settings.
