About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our UOB CRES Real Estate Portfolio & Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing UOB's real estate assets from a property owner/leased out perspective, with supplementary duties around real estate portfolio and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the overall end-to-end delivery of lease management model across the local and regional portfolio.
  • Be accountable for delivering lease management activities in line with UOB real estate portfolio policy and the relevant banking standards as required by the authorities.
  • Drive and implement a long-term real estate roadmap on non-strategic assets.
  • Leverage on UOB's real estate service provider to manage a large and diverse regional portfolio of owned and leased assets.
  • Prepare the overall annual budgetary exercise, including management of financials on rental income.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in property transactions management.
  • Business development and partnering attitude, with good stakeholder management skills.
  • Embrace the culture of continual improvement to work systems, processes, and policies.
  • Practical working knowledge of financial terms and principles.
