Job Description:

As a food preparation and kitchen support team member, you will be responsible for assisting chefs in preparing meals and plating dishes as required. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting chefs in meal preparation and plating
  • Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Handling food storage, rotation, and disposal in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assisting with inventory control and ordering kitchen supplies
  • Performing basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients
