Kitchen Food Preparation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing processed food for outlets and customers. This role requires a skilled Central Kitchen Cook who can prepare raw cooking materials and mise-en-place as required.
This position involves working closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food hygiene and quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing orders according to recipes and ensuring correct portioning;
- Maintaining central kitchen good hygiene standards;
- Providing functional assistance and direction to the kitchen team daily;
