Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to drive the financial operations of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to support our growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing our financial resources, including cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

In addition, you will prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Your strong leadership and team management skills will enable you to effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in the commodity trading industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
