We are looking for a driven individuals, experience or career switchers, to join our growing team as **Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)**.As an IFA at Avallis Financial, you will provide impartial, expert advice on a wide range of financial products including investment, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance, and tax management solutions. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their financial journey by creating personalized strategies that align with their goals and aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transition into the role of an Independent Financial Adviser by undergoing structured training in financial advisory services, regulatory requirements, and client relationship management.
- Provide personalized, independent financial advice to individuals and businesses on areas such as wealth management, retirement planning, insurance, estate planning, and tax management.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique financial needs, goals, and risk profiles.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' financial situations, explaining complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Research and recommend a wide array of financial products, offering unbiased solutions that best align with clients’ objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews, adjusting financial strategies as their needs evolve.
- Stay up to date with market trends, financial regulations, and new product offerings.
