Our client is in an expansion phase and requires a highly skilled Electrical Components Sourcing Specialist to join their team. This critical role involves managing and optimizing the procurement process for electrical components and systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electronic Manufacturing Services Management: Oversee EMS Commercial and Operations to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.
  • Cost Reduction: Implement best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices to drive cost reduction.
  • Supplier Management: Expedite component suppliers and manage material shortages to support on-time delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve and de-escalate issues, driving necessary improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work independently with global teams to achieve goals.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2-3 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services/Contract Manufacturing management, Manufacturing/Engineering Operations, or Planning/Purchasing/Sourcing management. Strong knowledge in EMS/CM management, manufacturing processes, demand/supply planning, and logistics is also required.
