Purchasing Assistant Role
As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate records of purchases and inventory are maintained.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for electrical lighting components.
  • Process purchase orders and compile quotations in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with site supervisors and internal suppliers to ensure smooth communication and efficient purchasing processes.
  • Verify invoices against original orders to ensure compliance with all conditions prior to payment.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • GCE 'O' level or Diploma qualification is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are desired to serve Mandarin-speaking site supervisors.
