We are seeking a skilled Condominium Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our residential complex. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, team leadership, and customer service.
About the Role:This is a full-time position responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building. The successful candidate will lead a team of personnel providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management services.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected by clients and subsidiary proprietors.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
- Lead a team of personnel in providing various services, including maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management.
- Evaluate contracts and agreements before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotations/tenders.
- Coordinate council meetings and general meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
We are looking for an individual with strong relationship management skills, people management and development abilities, due diligence expertise, and a passion for property management. A team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach is essential for this role.
