About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Management Professional to join our Keppel Credit Fund Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for investment activities and managing the end-to-end investment process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake the originating, analyzing, structuring, negotiating, recommending, and closing of new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with investment partners, service providers, brokers, and other market participants in key markets.
  • Monitor all key markets to source suitable investment opportunities and recommend strategies to deliver superior long-term risk-adjusted returns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in origination and execution of transactions in Asia-Pacific infrastructure financing, project financing, leverage financing, or private credit space.
  • Proven experience in structuring, credit analysis, and preparation of credit memorandums.
