Your Key Responsibilities- Design and lead transformation experiences using business design, behavioural science, and gamification.
- Understand client and business strategy contexts to translate strategy into experiences.
- Manage project teams, including designers and service line teammates, providing direction and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Apply AI to design and run sessions, such as research and synthesis, agenda/asset generation, live ideation, rapid scenario planning/prototyping, capture & summarisation, and bring AI-literate content into relevant experiences.
- Ensure quality assurance over experience delivery, set facilitation standards, methods, and templates.
- Mastery in facilitation and executive presence, confident in engaging senior audiences and complex, multi-stakeholder dynamics.
- AI fluency: comfortable applying AI tools and techniques to drive business outcomes.
