About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Experience Designer to drive our digital transformation agenda, focusing on creating meaningful experiences for large-scale businesses. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement AI-powered experiences that cater to the needs of our clients, client advisors, and operations colleagues. This involves deeply understanding their jobs-to-be-done, motivations, and pain points, and using this insights to create solutions that drive business outcomes.
You'll work closely with product, markets, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies. Your expertise in journey mapping, service blueprints, and design concepts will be invaluable in creating intuitive and user-centric experiences.
In addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should be able to effectively communicate your ideas and vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive the front-to-back digital transformation agenda for the Wealth Management division
- Facilitate co-creation sessions and work closely with product, markets, and business SMEs
- Transform existing journeys and processes by designing for AI and agentic AI powered experiences
- Rapidly test and learn with users and iterate either in design space or in production
- Work closely with engineers to deploy quality solutions in production at scale
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in crafting journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
- A proven track record of using design methods to understand users' jobs-to-be-done
- Expertise in core design skills, including journey mapping, service blueprints, and design concepts
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience or interest in adjacent tools such as designing for AI experiences, conversion analytics, or data visualization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
