  • Driving Digital Transformation

This includes driving digital transformation, understanding client, client advisor, and operations colleague jobs-to-be-done and motivations, and facilitating co-creation sessions with product, markets, and business SMEs to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and leverage design to drive desired outcomes.

  • Facilitating Co-Creation Sessions

The key responsibilities include transforming existing journeys and processes by designing AI-powered experiences.

Key Skills Required

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation. They should also be able to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
