About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team at FlexOS Global. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive subscriber growth for our three newsletters: Lead with AI, Stay Ahead, and Future Work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subscriber Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to drive newsletter subscriber growth, including identifying target audiences, crafting compelling value propositions, and setting clear, measurable goals.
  • Content Optimization and Collaboration: Work closely with our content and operations team to ensure that our website and newsletter content and systems are aligned with subscriber interests and market demands.
  • Data-Driven Growth Tactics & Execution: Utilize a variety of growth tactics, including website content, email newsletter content, email marketing, social media campaigns, partnerships, and other acquisition channels, to attract new subscribers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • At least two years of experience in newsletter growth, content marketing and SEO, resulting in a proven track record of driving subscriber or user growth in digital media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
