About the Job

  • Providing executive reporting with insights on performance, incidents, and resolution outcomes is critical in driving business decisions and informing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or post-delivery operations is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of O&M lifecycle, service delivery models, and client engagement is essential.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
  • Experience with financial oversight, risk management, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment is necessary.
