Senior Treasury Market Specialist Job Description

This role plays a vital part in the success of our team by upholding business operations and execution strategies.

  • Upholding business operations and execution strategies
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Unit Head
  • Daily administration and operations of the Desk
  • Executing ad hoc projects and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Unit Head
  • Sales advisory, execution, and processing within the team
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory or compliance requirements for the business and technical competencies
Treasury Sales Responsibilities:
  • Conducting sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers
  • Providing market advisory and pricing
  • Managing daily tasks in desk administration, trade execution, sales, and marketing
Administration & Process:
  • Escalating problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions
  • Assisting the Unit Head in new product development
  • Supporting the Unit Head in daily administration requirements where applicable
  • Adhering to all guidelines, policies, and limits
  • Upgrading technical competencies where necessary
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience preferable in Treasury Markets in a reputable Financial Institution
  • Understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
