Job Description

As a Receptionist/Client Relations expert, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to visitors and clients. Your role will involve:

  • Reception Services: Greet visitors, handle all inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, and manage the auto-gate intercom and public address system.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to all incoming calls, faxes, and emails from letterbox, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and records, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Admission Coordination: Coordinate admission, discharge, booking, and transport arrangements for residents, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Financial Counselling: Arrange financial counselling sessions to support residents' financial well-being.
  • Reporting: Compile day-end reports, highlighting key statistics and trends.

Additional responsibilities may include updating residents' records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy, preparing and sending invoices, tracking accounts receivable, and generating receipts upon receiving payment.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare.
  • Prior experience in healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
