Job Summary:

As a Creative Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement responsive UI/UX components, animations, and micro-interactions using modern frontend technologies.
  • Create high-performance, accessible, and SEO-friendly web solutions that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
  • Design and develop reusable component libraries, adhering to established brand and design systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Marketing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in frontend/web development, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
  • Prior experience in FinTech related projects will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern frameworks such as React.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Experience with tools like Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Airtable or other low-code CMS and automation platforms.
  • Skilled in Figma or comparable design collaboration tools.
  • Experience with WordPress, legacy HTML/PHP setups, or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, performance optimization techniques, and accessibility standards.
