Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Multi-Solution Architect responsible for evangelizing digital marketing solutions.

As a key point of contact, you will partner with enterprise and corporate customers, engaging in technical queries related to operation and usage of Adobe solutions and their ongoing maintenance & operation.

The overarching goal is to ensure that you understand your customer's specific technical requirements and are in a position to anticipate and avoid issues, identify and mitigate against risk and contribute to a successful implementation and partnership with consulting, managed services, in-house teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive information relating to products or technologies within your area of responsibility
  • Regular status reports on open issues
  • Onsite visits to expedite the resolution of technical issues
  • Documented deliverables to the customer and presentations remotely or onsite

Requirements:

  • Understanding of technical environment and customer priorities
  • Able to influence deployment and adoption of digital marketing solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
