Job OverviewThis role supports our business operations by handling various HR tasks, including contract management, associate onboarding, and resolving contractor issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage and report associate headcount movements and client growth.
- Send monthly reminders to clients about upcoming contract and work pass deadlines.
- Process end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist with work pass applications, contract renewals, and terminations.
- Help resolve contractor grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Provide HR guidance to internal staff as needed.
- Liaise with payroll to resolve contractor issues.
- Liaise with payroll and finance teams to resolve client billing disputes.
