The **Contract Management Assistance **shall assist in coordination and management of various contractors. He/ She will work closely with the various contract performance engineers on the day to day contract management, data consolidation and check for various contractor spending.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support/assist various Contract Performance Engineer in day to day management of the various contracts that are being managed by the department.
- Support/assist in conducting perfomance reviews, consolidate various input and calculation, gathering of feedback on contractor performance, sending out MOM and tracking of action items.
- Support/assist to conduct monthly meetings
- Track contractor KPI and make improvement on KPI definition.
- Work with Purchasing and Contract department to further refined the definition of quality and productivity sections.
- Assist Contract Performance Engineer on management of transition of new contracts.
- In charge of the various contractor/contract related administrative matter such as processing of passes, processing of vehicle & equipment landing passes, training management, etc.
- Intervene any unsafe act at site and take part in creating healthy environment for people to work safely.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in supply chain management or NITEC in supply chain Discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the oil or petrochemical industry in area of cost reporting & control and contract management
- Able to work in a team and also independently.
- Self-driven and motivated with new/creative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Possess analytical skills.
- Proficient in English Language and IT Skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI and Power Points.
