Health, Safety, and Environment Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate HSE systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead HSE initiatives across multiple programs and sites.
- Conduct site inspections to verify risk control measures.
Performance Metrics:
- Deploy HSE programs:
a. Develop initiatives to promote compliance.
b. Develop programs to steer the HSE culture and norms of the organization. - Manage HSE performance:
a. Plan and manage HSE compliance inspections and routine checks. - Incident and accident management:
a. Manage incident and accident investigations. - Develop HSE Management Systems (HSEMS):
a. Advise teams on implementing HSEMS within their work areas. - Establish quality management policies and procedures,
establish HSE policies and procedures and manage people and organizational function
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) by MOM.
- Certificate in Fire Safety Manager is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HSE experience, preferably within the 3PL Logistics Industry.
- HSE trainer experience & Qualified ISO45001 Auditor is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Project.
